50th post!!!

Yeah, yeah, I know, I didn't post when I sadi I would. SHUDDUP!

So how was your July 4th(American readers)? What's that? You want to hear about my Yosemite and San Fran adventures? OK!

Yosemite:
OMFE I'm never doing that again. First day was fine, we hiked a mile and a half. Not too bad. I mena, it was uphill, but it was short so who cares?
Next day, 8 FRACKING MILES! EWWWWW! Although we met up with some cute boy scouts along the way ;) One's name was Cory or Cody or something like that and he was really cute and pretty friendly. We kept passing the boyscouts and then we would take a break and they would pass us and then they got really far ahead but they were slow and I was fast so I totally caught up with them and then Cory would make some funny remark and shake his head or soehting. I was fun.
Day after that was 6 miles. But the boy scouts were there again so it wasn't so bad ;) They started hiking 45 minutes before us but I caught up to them within the first mile. I'm good 8}
So let me explain the whole thing...
My parent's friend Steve put his name on this lottery thing that was for people who wanted to go to Yosemite and hike and stuff. The 2 camps we stayed at, May Lake and Glen Aulin, are lottery only, so yeah. Anyway, he won the lottery and he invited my mom and dad and me. He was going to go too and bring Soren and Garrison, as featured in the birthday vid. (They're his sons)
So we were all going to go, but then when he asked for time off from work, his boss said that he could be fired if he decided to go. I'm not exactly sure why, but point is, he couldn't go.
So My mom invited some of her friends from work and the Zen Center she goes to, and one, Punit, said he could go. So we all went.
Now, here's the cool part: The food and lodging are provided! Yeah, so we didn't have to bring a butload of food and tents and sleeping bags and crap like that. We got little tent-cabin things with actual beds and squeaky but comfy mattresses and blankets. And we also got full, multiple-course meals. And they were amazing. And you can also get bag lunches to take with you on youer hikes. One night for dinner we got this amazing garlic soup. It kept the vampires away though, unfortunatelym, as did the sunny weather. But it did not, also unfortunately, keep the mosquitoes away. There were about 5 bajzillion mosquitoes. And I'm not even joking. I got a bunch of bites, and it was itchy. I'm still itchy, in fact. And in very uncomfortable areas, too.
But anyway, the camps had flushable toilets(0.0) and showers (O.O). But the showers were freezing, so I opted for swimming in the ice melt-off May lake on the first day. Bad idea. Well, it was fun, but it took about 20 minutes for me toactually talk myself into doing it, then another 30 minutes to grow accustomed to the lake and fully submerge myself. Once I was desensitized to the freezing water, I was able to swim out kinda far. I did some floating and stuff and it was pretty fun. Besides the millions on mosquitoes awaiting me as I got out.
On the way to the second camp, Glen Aulin (the 8 mile hike), my mom, Punit and I all went swimming in McGee lake. We had to change behind a sheet tied betweet 2 trees with misquitoes trying to bite in unspeakable areas. That lake was a bit warmer, but that's not saying much. It was also muckier, but I had more fun swimming in it. Glen Aulin was definately my favorite camp. It has this amazing waterfall right next to it which makes it less mosquitoe-y. They don't like running waster, just still water. And it also had this rock/hill/big giant thing by it and you could hike up it and watch the sunset. It was pretty.
On the last day, I was just ready to get out of there though. We had to hike 6 miles, and my mom and Punit are such annoying slowpokes, so my dad and I went ahead. Once we were out of there, we drove another hour and a half to Curry Village. If you don't like camping or being without civilization, but you love majestic scenery and being outdoors, GO TO CURRY VILLAGE! It's like a little city. They have pizza, an amphitheatre, cabins, ice cream, a Vons like place, AND it's right next to Half Dome! And you can rent bikes and ride around, which we did. I rode a cute little hot rod bike with a sparkly seat and handlebars. It was awesome and it made me want one. The steering is a bit diferent than my mountain bike and the braking was the kind where you pedal backwards, so it took some getting used to, but it was still cool. I know it all kinda defeats the purpose of being in the outdoors, but it was my favorite part, besides the waterfall at Glen Aulin.

Anyway, that was really long, so I'll do the San Fran flashback in another post. ;)
I have to uninstall some stuff first which means I have to shut down Internet Explorer, so It may take a while.

Updates!

Ok, so since I almost was killed by the spider, a lot has happened! Ok, not a whole lot, but still. Enough for me to want to post ablog!

So, I got new brassiers today. Awesome, huh? Yeah, weird think, but They're cute. An dthey actually have patterns on them, they're not just a solid color. One is hot pink and green with hot pink ruffles. The other is pale yellow with purple and blue flowers and leaves. I really love the yellow one. It's super comfy.
Ok, enough crazy bra talk.

So, if you don't know what Novel Novice is, it's a blog/fansite for twilight run by a teacher who has a Twilight club at her school, which is totally awesome! If you don't know what Twilight is, GO READ IT FOR CEILING CAT'S SAKE! Ceiling cat=the God of lolcats.
ANYway... So Novel Novice recently asked if anyone who is good at Photoshop and Writing would be interested in writing a yearbook... And I love both, so of COURSE I volunteered! ANd I was picked! YAYYYYY!!!! I'm going to be doing the class picture page :) Schweet, no? So I'm not exactly sure what that entails, but I'll start by manipulating some pictures to look like normal yearbook photos, and then Photoshop some other pictures together to look like class pictures!

I think I'm getting better at Trich. I haven't been pulling quite a smuch, and my hair seems to be doing better :) Yay me!

I'm going to Comic Con in July. Did I tell you? Can't remember. ANyway, I've decided that I want to go as either Alice Cullen or Tonks from Harry Potter. I think Tonks would be easier. Just wear a Weird Sisters shirt and dye my hair pink! Alice would wear more expensive stuff and I'd have to find gold contacts. So Tonks it is!

I'm going to Yosemite tomorrow! I stil have some packing to do. I mean, I'm all packed for the backpacking part, but we're going to be staying in a hotel on Wednesday and Thursday night and also we're going to SAn Francisco after the backpacking. I'm not so thrilled about the hiking part, but we'll get to go swimming! And I LOVE San Fran. I want to move there when I grow up. Or at least go to college there.

Oh, god, I have the hiccups. Great. :P

Oh, the hotel at Yosemite may have internet, but probably not. The San Fran one definately does, so I'll post another blog probably Tuesday or maybe Monday. It depends how late we get there on Monday.

omfgomfgomfgomfgSpiders... Ok, so just one.

Holy effing crap. I swear I just looked in the mirror and I'm plae as a Cullen. Why?
Here's THE ADVENTURES OF KATIE THE ARACHNOPHOBE!
So, I was just sitting in bed on my laptop in a little dress I sometimes sleep in and I was on YouTube, mindin my own business when POOF! There was an effing wolf spider, the size of a quarter right next to me on a pillow. I jumped up and held back a scream, it being almost 4am and all. I recently killed an ant and felt horrible about it (don't ask, I have no idea why) so I couldn't bring myself to kill the spider, even though I am absolutely terrified of spiders. Moreso than needles. And god, do I hate needles! Well, syringes to be more accurate. sewing needles are just fine. MOVING ON!
So I got up and there were some old birthday cards on my nightstand, so I picked one up and began running around my room frantically for a cup or something to put over it. I settled on the little Yankee Candle jar (you know how the candles come in those little jar things?) but by that time, the sider had gone off. So I was terrified to get back in bed, I mean what if it came back? So I sort of shifted my laptop, hoping that would bring him out of hiding. It worked! It scuttled across my bed and used it's silk to get to the ground, where it stopped. I put the candle jar over it and it started to freak out. I put the birthday card under it and I picked it all up. I must have checked the jar about 10billion times to make sure it hadn't escaped on the way to the garage. I set it down on the counter and opened the garage door and turned on the light. I picked it up and went in, checking to make sure it was still there every second. So I finally decided to put it down on the little table where I used to paint a lot. I set it all down, card, candle jar, spid- WTF? NO SPIDER! This spider must have been a fucking magician. I was checking it every fucking second! So I double checked and it was definately gone! So then I started freaking out, feeling all over me to make sure it wasn't on me. I was fucking hyperventilating, I swear I was about to pass out. I was nearly whimpering. No wait, I was! So I pulled myself together and walked back to my room, still patting myself down. Once I got there, I practically ripped off the dress and looked in the mirror, terrified I'd find it on me because I didn't know what to do if I did. So I stripped down to my birthday suit and considered jumping into the shower, but I had already taken 2 showers and wasted plenty of water doing so, I desided against that. I calmed myself down and put my underthings back on, thoroughly checking them for spiders before doing so. I was way to fucking scared to put the dress back on. Too many places it could hide. So I put on a t-shirt and shorts. And that lead to me deciding I had to put up a blog post of my freakness.
While typing this I must have felt about a dozen imaginary spiders crawling all over me.

Ok, so maybe my fears are unfounded. I don't care. Until I find a vampire, I refuse to let anything with fangs come anywhere near me with my consent. OK, so the REAL vampires don't have fangs, just really nice teeth. Whatever. I will call them fangs for the sake of my argument.

And guess what else? My parents dragged me hicking up the mountain by our house and I walked RIGHT FUCKING into a spider web. And I saw the spider. It wasn't on me, thank god, but I still... Holy eff. I just got shivers up my spine. I must be some sort of an effing loon.
Ok, good night for good this time... Or, er morning I guess.

Go Ask Alice

So, I stayed up until about 5am last night/this morning reading this book called Go Ask Alice. It's supposedly the diary of a teenage girl who gets sucked into the world of drugs.
However, the whole time I was reading it, I was questioning it too.
It turns out I was mostly right. Apparently, the Editor, Beatrice Sparks, fabricated much, if not most of the book. She claims that there was a real diary, which, ok, I'll believe. but many experts have pointed out a lot of things wrong with the idea that it is written by a 15-17 year old girl. For one, she uses big words. I don't know a lot of teenage girls who use big words like this chick, "Alice", especially not druggies. Also, the fact that Beatrice Sparks is a seriously conservative Christain and the story ends up saying that Drugs and pre-marital sex are bad and Alice eventually ends up being a good, Jesus loving girl. And then 3 weeks after she apparently decides to stop writing in the diary, she dies of a drug overdose. Now, Beatrice Sparks has admitted that her Alice did not die of an OD, but of a suicide or accident not cause by drugs.
So it was a pretty good book, considering. SHe dies, just when her life is going back to normal. How sad, right? And whether or not she died from an OD or not, thousands of people die evey year from drug OD's.
So, moral of the story, DON'T DO DRUGS KIDDIES! Unless they're non-addictive and you only do them once ;D

Ok, so now I'm going to talk about somehting my mom probably woldn't want me to, but I will anyway, just do hopefully scare people off those addictive drugs.
So, when my mom was younger, se did some drugs. And she shared her experiences with me this afternoon. Talk about a cool mom! I mean the talking about it part, not the doing drugs part. Anyway, she said she did LSD, pot, and Heroin and Cocaine. I can't remember if she said she did meth or not, but she told me to stay away from it, Heroin, and coke, so I guess she did it. She said she did Heroin and Coke fo a month, and she got really addicted to it. Once she stopped, she felt really crappy and was craving it for a year afterward. So WHATEVER YOU DO, do NOT do those. She didn't go into detail about the pot, but she said she did LSD a couple of times. SHe said that it was a pretty interesting and groovy experience, but she sort of got burned out on it after a few trips. And she also said that for a few days after a trip, you feel all hangover-y and weird and yucky and stuff.
So I probably won't be doing any drugs any time soon. But hey, who knows? I'll keep ya posted!

ANyway, onto other news, summer break is kinda boring, I'm going to Comic Con in July, and I'm not a lesbian! If you don't watch my YouTube vids, you wouldn't understand that last reference. Some idiot kept calling me a lesbo on my Talent Show vid (becaus eof my short hair), so I made a vlog about it. And why I have short hair, which, if you have read the entry of the blog, you would already know about.

Bonfire

So, Eric couldn't go to the bonfire after all. :< he had some graduation party or something to go to.
It was still fun! I met some ppl. We ran around, Chera blew bubbles which this girl Kathryn and I both ran around and chased, then this guy Dillon started chasing them too and then I started throwing shells at him. SO then Kyle and Xerxes showed up and Xerxes was talking about zombies. CHera and I were trying to steal Xerxes's hat. Then Kathryn's I think cousins, Nick and a girl I forget her name :< came and we were all talking. Then I went to go get a turkey dog and ppl seemed to follow me. And then somehow Edward CUllen and Twilight were brought up, and Nick said, "It's probably not worth reading." so I threw my empty sprite can at him. Then Dillon and Chera started throwing a squishy baseball thing to each other and I came in and tried to get the ball from then, which started an epic game of keep-away. So then everyone else joined in and then Nick threw the ball at me, getting me back for the sprite can, and the ball hit my neck and I got sand down my shirt. Then I threw my shoes at him. Then we started throwing the ball at each other, usually missing, and then his sister joined in. Then an Ice cream van showed up (at like 9, wtf?) and Nick went to go get some ice cream and the rest of us sort of stood around in a circle and talked and stuff. Then my parents came and picked me up and it was really late so I wztched a little TV and then I crashed, and I haven't taken a shower since yesterday. So yeah, I stink and I feel all sticky cause it was by the beach so the air was all humid and salty and stuff.

Somewhat Resolved...

Ok, so Catherine still wants to run away, but I don't think she will. Today at least... sigh

I went to a little get together for my fun prankster group I hang with. I was fun, and they all loved my wig :)
So today/tomorrow (it be 1AM) I'm going to a bonfire! Schweet, no? Yeah, so I heard about it through Chera. I'm not sure if it's put on by her family, or by their friends... But w/e. And guess who is coming? Eric! =D Sigh, I think I really like him. And I think the rest of the dorks too! Apparently during the last bonfire, my friend Becca and Kyle got married ;) jkingly though. And then they got '"divorced" ;)
Ok, exhaustion falling down upon me. TTYL!

Oh goodness...

Ok, so guess what? My friend Catherine has decided to run away from home. Yeah. So She just e-mailed me saying she is tired of her siblings fighting, so I have her some idea on how to ignore them, but she said she tried them and they didn't work. I'm supposed to be going to a party soon, but I'm afraid she'll e-mail me and I won't be here. Gosh, this is not cool.
So anyway, she then sent me an e-mail saying that she was tired of this place and she's leaving. That was about 15 minutes before I responded, saying that that is stupid and she can't do that because she just can't and I gave her the Runaway hotline number (1-800-runaway) she hasn't e-mailed me back, so now I'm thinking that she's either gone or her parents found her and haven't let her back on the computer. What is wrong with this girl? I don't know!
So my mom's burning some pictures to a cd, and when that's done, we're leaving to go to the party, and I'm afraid Catherine will come to our house.
Wait! E-mail! Damn... false alarm. Just my mom. When she's just in the other room :/ Oh boy, are we nerds or what?
So here I am, just waiting for an e-mail... We're going to be having to go soon... God, Catherine, where are you? I really hope she hasn't left... But then why isn't she responding? oh frackfrackfrackfrackfrack......... What do I do??? Frack.


In other news, guess what? I gots myself a magenta wig today in Encinitas! We were going to go to Solona beach, but Encinitas had cuter shops. And anyway, there's a store there called Flashdance, and it has the most awesome retro/vintage stuff you have eva seen! I mean it had this totally awesome vintage black 80's prom dress... So amazing, and it actually looked good on me. I didn't get it though. The wig was kinda expensive.
So I think it's time to go now... I'll keep ya posted!

Meh, Meh... OMC!

Ok, so I think more hath happened than I shall detail-eth tonight...eth. But this is all that really is on my mind atm.

So, 1st on the agenda- Visiting relatives! Last weekend my cousins and Aunt and Uncle from Mexico came to visit! Yeah. Ok, kinda boring. we all saw Kung Fu Panda. I thought it was going to be stupid, but it was Jack Black humor! Not stupid 5 year old humor, but actually funny stuff. The writers did a good job. But back to the relatives... This was the same uncle who had heart surgery a while ago. SO he seemed pretty good considering that.

NEXT- SKOOLZOUT! We were set free last friday. I've been bored when I have any free moment. My mom and I have gone to the mall like every day since monday. We saw Prince Caspian on Tuesday. It was AMAZAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ben and William (Caspian and Peter) are SOOOO AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS!!! I was like droling in my seat. And it had Peter Dinklage in it! Schweet, no? I don't care if he is a dwarf, he is handsome. And I will stand by that! On Wednesday I got Some Rainbow sparkly suspenders and a V for Vendetta poster at Hot Topic. Today my mom got my dad a digital camera for fathers day and I got some cute but comfy white shoes. Tomorrow we're going to Solona beach to check out the shops and stuff.

Secondarily- I heretofore announce some awesome and Squeelworthy news... Eric Hath e-mailed me! Woot! His e-mail has been stupid and hasn't been letting me e-mail him, so he somehow got my e-mail address and e-mailed me! schweet. And yes, this is THE Eric we're talking about. Not dancing Eric. Dork Eric.=D *beams*

Sixth and lastly- A special friend *cough*Erika*cough* contacted a certian stalker of mine yet again and told him about the Alex rants. I had to fake it to not hurt his feelings- I was all "Huh? Oh yeah, we were e-mailing a while ago and she said I should have an 'Alex Rant' and I was all like Okaaaayyy... so I've been writing things in my blog that you 'do'. It's just fake stuff though." SAFE! He totally bought it. I guess thoe Improv games in Drama class paid off, huh? Oh and Erika told him about how if he has his drivers lisence, why am I not "swooning" he was quoting her kind of creepily though. It was weird. I just sort of akwardly laughed it off. When I got home, I gave her a stern talking-to (ok, e-mailing-to...) and she said she wouldn't contact him again. So I think this may be the last Alex rant! Why? Because We're not going on the same days next year! YAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!! He'll be a senior and I a sophmore which means he goes Wed/Fri and I go Tues/Thurs. I'd be sad about loosing such a traditional segment on LoaA if I weren't so fracking happy! Although we might occasionally see each other on Mondays and in Drama, I can bear it. Just think- 1 more year and I'll never have to see him again! Ever! I just have to make sure we go to different colleges...

And to conclude- I SHALL ACHEIVE YOUTUBE STARDOM! Hmmm... I just have to think of a good sketch idea...

Why Gay Marriage is WRONG

Ok, so if you already hate me for putting a video with this title up here, just wait. It's all sarcastic! This guy is effing hilarious, but he makes sense too.
Oh, and I know how to disprove any Christian who uses the Bible to say Homosexuality is wrong. Well, maybe not disprove, but falsify anything they say when quoting the bible. The West Wing helped me with some of it. I'll try to dig up that video clip on youtube...
Oh, and if you think Gay=Evil, you are a bigot. That's all I'm gonna say.

Talent Show 2008!!!

So, I had mor ein the intro, but it pushed it over the 10 minute mark, so I had to just recap the 3rd act. Here's what I put for the others...
Act 1: Catherine and I did Bop to the Top. Yes, all of the pushing me aside was intentional. I was the one with the hat and no hair ;D She did push me around quite a bit, and looking back, it did look a bit silly, but I actually did a spontaneous double pirouette! Heck yes! After she knocks my hat off, I was supposed to spin once, but I did it twice! I didn't even realize I did until I was watching the tape! WOOT!
Act 2: meh, I didn't really do very well. There were other guitar acts who were about a bazillion times better. I was seriously nervous, so sorry if I sucked. I'm never nervous when singing or dancing from a musical theatre thing, but that was the first time I've ever played guitar in from of that many people, so yeah.
Act 3: Like I sai, my total favorite! I think it could have been a bit sharper near the beginning of the dance part, but after I got the hat, I loved it! I smile hugely every time I watch it!
Well, obviously you're reading my blog now... So yeah.
My parents started totally cracking up when I showed them this vid and it cut me off. It was hilarious. I'm serious, they were laughing for a good minute :P
And the best part? I won Judge's favorite act! I got a $20 starbucks gift card! Yeah, as if I need another one of those ;)
But it was all a lot of fun. I just can't wait until next year!!!

From the stills that were released of the scene, I'm pretty sure it's gonna be the ballet studio scene!!! SQUEEE!!! OMC! OME! Yeah, I'm ecxited if you haven't noticed... So I'll do some editing, then I'll do a test video around 7, and then I'll do the "Live" Reaction video around 8 or whenever it starts! EEK! OK, I'll see you then! =DDDDDDDD

INTERMISSION! (Talent show 2008)

Yes, I realize that it's dark and blurry and you can't really see them, but you can see 3 of my 4 dorks at the beginning. Eric is barely visible. He was the only one who didn't try to get a lot of camera time, so the only footage of him I have was at the very beginning. If you pause at :16, you can just barely see him. He's sometimes in the background though. He wears a black trenchcoat. Try to see if you can see him!
Kyle always wears that yellow and grey jacket. Even in a million degree weather, he wears it. Freak, yes? Yes =)
Stefan is the one who makes the weart face and weird noise at the beginning. Yeahhhh...
Catherine is my bff. We did Bop to the Top together ;D That's in the real talent show video though.
CHris is her... special friend... ;) loljk. They totally like each other, but Catherine can't go out until she's 16. I'm not allowed to say how cute they are together to their faces on pain of death, but they are cute and that's final!
Xerxes is just very random, end of story ;)
Jack is sort of a nerd. He's really smart, and everyone always teases him for it. He's not extremely out-there, but he's adorable sometimes. I've always had a mini-crush on him. He's pretty awesome :D
Chera doesn't always like to be caught on camera. So she hid :) lol
Then Catherine stole my hat! GOSH! She put it on CHris and told him to run, but he didn't because he, "Can't run with 2 hats on" lol. So I stole it back and Catherine hit him for letting it escape.
Not sure what Kyle was attempting to do, but I caught him before he could do it! Muhuhahaha!!!
Then I stole Chris's hat hahaha!!! And Catherine tried to chase me to get it back. Before it could get any more silly, Hillary, our emcee, said we had to sit back down, so I gave Chris his hat back and Catherine and I sat back down.

15th Birthday Partay!

So, May 17th was my 15th birthday and party! Woot! So, We split into teams of red, yellow, and blue and had competitions. We did LE JOUST, dance competition, water balloon toss, mini bowling, Boyfriend/girlfriend tag, and Um, Uh, Or Like. The last 2 are kinda hard to explain, so I'll let you research them on your own ;)
So I don't want to detail the entir party. I had an awesome cake and got a lot of money and awesome presents and stuff.
Oh, and if you were wondering, the Eric in the dance competition isn't the Eric I have a crush on. The week I wanted to give my dorks invitations, I couldn't find them anywhere and they never check their e-mail. hmmph. So they werent there :(
So anyway, I'll now post the INtermission of the Talent Show blog!!!

Soooo, I haven't continued yet, but I've been distracted, so please forgive me.

OK, so onto the big news...
I read the 1st chappie of Breaking Dawn!!! SQUEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So yeah, I know it's illegal, but I couldn't resist. I still plan on getting the Eclipse special edition so I can read it without errors and stuff like the one I read online. But it was amazing. And I filmed it, so I'll probably post it on saturday or sunday after the book comes out so it won't be a spoiler for those who want to be legal about it.... psht...

Also, I'm going to watch the MTV movie awards!!! I generally dislike MTV, but they're showing an entire SCENE, not trailer, not behind-the-scenes, a SCENE of Twilight!!!! I know! EEEKEKEKEKEKEK!~!!!!! So yeah, I still have to set up to record it. I'll do that after I post this.

But I still like Eric. Oh, did I tell you the most awesome thing ever concerning him? Well, pretty much every day, I rant and rave and squeel about Edward Cullen and Twilight. So guess what Eric did? I'm not sure if it even had anything ot do with me, but he said he went out and bought Twilight, and read it. Yeah. Amazing, no? He said it was well-written btu not his taste. But he still read it. It's so cool! He's the best. So I think I may be totally in like with him. Like more so than I was before. I refuse to say love, because I don't think that's what it is, and we're not even going out. Yet. I hope. and Lovew is a strong word. I thought I had it twice, but both times I was wrong. So I'm trying to be more careful about the L-word these days. Anyway, last week, Eric gave me a book to read, Interview with the Vampire, and I didn't really start reading it because I was distracted by... well, Twilight. But then when I founf out he read Twilight, I was like, OK, I have to read it now. Otherwise, I'd be just like that girl in the Jane Austen Book club who doesn't read science fiction even though the guy read Jane Austen. And she was mean. SO I started reading it, and it rocks! I'm only like 30 pages in, but it's awesome. It's kinda hard to read and understand, but it's still really cool.

Ok, so it'sbeen a week...

...And BOY do I have news!

No, not boynews or anything that would make a normal teenage girl squeel for joy, but when did I ever claim to be normal?

So before I get to the news, I'll start with the boring stuff. First, I'm at school again. Yep. Avoiding work. Well, not so much avoiding as putting off work. I swear I'll do it at home. I have to. If I dont, I may have to retake 9th grade history. No way do I want to do that! We're doing websites in class, and these laptops make my brian hurt. I'm waiting so I can do it at home. I have infinately better abilities on my home compy compared to here. It's due friday, so I'll probably spendmost of tomorrow working on it. I don't mind though. I like website making. It should be pretty easy too. It's just researching and copying basic information onto a standard site builder and then stylizing it a bit. Basic, huh? Yeah. Moving on...

So, what else is boring? Oh, Well it's not boring, but It's a tradition...
ALEX RANT OF THE DAY/WEEK/YEAR/MONTH/ENTER TIME PERIOD HERE!!!!!
Ok, so he hasn't done a lot of annoying things in a while, and I've been starting to warm up to him again, you know, as a friend. That is ALL. Buuuuut... Today at lunch, he gve me some... news that I think he was hoping I would be excited about. Well, he comes over to the side of the table I sit at, and leans over me, very creepy like, and says...

"I just got my drivers license this morning!"

So, I'm doing this at school when I should be doing work. My teacher is about a yard away on the other side fo my laptop! Exciting, no?I was going to check e-mail or something, but it wasn't working. 1.Turned 15 on May 17th. And I got about 300 bucks in cash from various party guests! Yay for people getting me what I ask for!
2.Got a new, gorgeous crush... who has a (sorta) girlfriend. Long story.
3.Started and finished crewign for another show.
4.Starred in a spontaneous musical based on Food Court Musical.

1.So, my 15th birthday party was AWESOME! I can't wait until my 16th. We'll probly end up just doing something simple, though, because organizing this one was STRESSFUL! I don't feel like describing the rest of the party. I asked for money and gift cards and that's mostly what I got! But this guy Chris who I met at Enchanted Evening got me a necklace with a star and sparklies and some earings. And Christine got me Marie Antoinette on DVD and a collection of Andrew Lloyd Webber songs on CD. And Charlotte got me some AWESOME shirts! Oh, gosh, she got me somthing else though... Grr!!! So much on my mind today!

2.I can't explain this one, for fear that somone I know will find out and I'll be effing screwed.

3.That was fun. But not really exciting to talk about

4. SOOOOOO fun! It was for an Improv Everywhere thing where I live. I'll put the vid up later when it's on YT.

5. We did a writing assesment today. I wrote 4 paragraphs. 2 drafts. yeah.

6. Well, today in math class, our teacher was talking about how symmetrical faces are more attractive to humans. And Eric said my face looked symmetrical. And he loaned me a book. and other stuff that i can't remember right now. But yeah. Oh, but my friend Chera likes him too :/ so yeah.

7.Self explainitory. But today I saw a police car and saw Charlie's police cruiser. Yep, I'm obsessed.

8. I don't have a lot of time. Class ends soon, so I'll explain this later.

9. Boring. They played rap the whole night. ugh. So I stayed outside the whle time. I met Chris and this other guy Daniel. They're pretty awesome! So yeah, that's pretty much it. bye!

Day of the Eternal Song

Hey, as you guys may know, I'm fracking OBSESSED with LonelyGirl15. So the religion in LG15 is called Hymn of ONe, and tomorrow, well, today I guess, is the Day of the Eternal Song. I'm SOOOOOOO celebrating it! I made a HoO t-shirt and everything. Insane? I'm not insane. Why do you say that?

So, friday at school was pretty boring. I doubt Eric is going to Enchanted Evening. I asked my dorks if they were, and Eric just asked when it was. It's the 18th. *squee!* I'm so excited! I got the most awesome dress. Oh, and the absolute best news- Alex isn't going! YAY! He said he is spending the money on a yearbook instead. YES!!! But I do hope that Eric goes.
On friday, my dorks and I were talking between 1st and 2nd period, and Kyle and Xerxes went away, and I could have gotten the chance to tell Eric I like him if it weren't for Stefan. >:/ He just stood there and kept talking. I was giving off total GO AWAY vibes, but he was clueless. Just like any typical guy. :P

There was no drama class this week, so my mom and I went to see Nim's Island with my husband Gerry Butler in it! Woot! It also has Jodie Foster (awesome actress!) and Abigail Breslin (the only child star that I don't want to slap) It was fracking awesome! But before the movie, we went to Borders and got a book for english class: the curious incedent of the dog and the nighttime. And yes, it is supposed to be all lowercase. It's about this autistic kid who is trying to solve a murder mystery in his neighborhood. This dog was killed and he is trying to figure out who did it. I've read a lot of it so far and it's great! It's for a book report thing in english class. After the movie, we went to the DISNEY STORE!!! Where we got matching (sorta) disney princess shirts. Mine had Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Aurora, Jasmine, and Snow White on it. Mom's had just Aurora. They're pretty! I also got a little box with Ariel on it. We got sparkly shoes at payless and we decided that we're gonna go to Disneyland!!! YAY! We haven't gone in forever! I wish we lived in Aneheim. That's where Disneyland is. Then we could go EVERY DAY! Ok, so not EVERY day, but on the weekends and sruff. My friend Briana lives close to there, so she gets to go A LOT! Anyway, we're going the day after my dance, on the 19th, and we're gonna stay till monday. We'll go to Downtown Disney on Sat night, then to Disneyland on Sunday, then California Adventure on Monday. AWESOMENESS!!!!

Alex rant time! So he didn't really do anything new this week, just the usual annoying following me around stuff. I sat on the other side of the table so he couldn't sit next to me, but he was leaning over the table and stuff. OH yeah! I had some sour patch kids, and he asked if he could have *one* so I was all sure, whatever, and he ust kept taking them! So then I gave them to my dorks to eat, cause I'd rather they have them than Alex McCreepy pants.

RAWRNESSNESSES!

SO you may be wondering, wtf is RAWRNESSNESSES? Well, it's a category of ravers that Katie and I came up with. Yes, Katie is a real person, not one of the voices in my head.

So my glasses are pretty awesome. Eric said I looked smart in them ;D actually, his exact words were, "They make you look *very* intelligent." Ya, he's a dork. GET OVER IT! XS And no, I haven't told him yet. I would have, but I never got the chance today. I'll hope for one friday.

Sooo... I have not much to talk about, and you know what that means! My Alex rant of the day!

Well, he followed me around today, as usual. He did the creepy putting-his-leg-on-the-bench-and-leaning-over-me thing. I scooted away, then excused myself to get water. Then when I came back, I sat on the other side of the table, where Eric sits, so there was an added bonus. Anyway bewtween 3rd and 4th periods, when I usually hang with the dorks by Miss M's room, Alex came up and started talking to us. During lunch, Alex and Eric kept arguing about Video games until I finally said, "I'm gonna hit you guys if you keep talking about video games!" and they stopped. Then Eric and I started talking about what he was listening to on his iPod. Ok, my Alex-rant seems to be turning into an Eric rant.

What does rant mean? I think it's like a tangent. I dunno. It sora has a negative connontation to it. I think that's how you spell it :P From now on, when it's not angry, it's a tangent. When it's angry, it's a rant. So it's an Alex Rant and an Eric Tangent. Good! Now that that's cleared up, let's move on.

I still can't find my camera. :( It's not even mine, too. It's my dad's. I know I didn't loose it, cause the last time I saw it, it was in the computer room. Maybe my dad took it to his meeting. He has a meeting in Illinois. But wtf is in Illinois that requires a video camera? :P

Dude! I was going to upload a lot of stuff on YouTube(after editing and stuff) but I couldn't find the camera and the tape was in the camera. Silly me of COURSE didn't put the video on the computer. It was right in the computer room, too! >:S

:( Anyways, tomorrow (or today, I guess) is my first official day of school, since I only have school wednesdays and fridays. And monday was just tutoring and stuff. My first day of actually being able to read what's on the board! Yay! I wuv my glasses! It's weird, but they actually make me feel smarter. O.O I know, right? Even when I'm screwing around on YouTube or something, I feel like I'm doing something important. Weird, right?

So guess what? Today I won a million dollars! (NOT!) But toda was a big ball game in my city and I am in this group like Improv Everywhere where we do fun pranks and stuff. So anyway, we did this prank today where these two "DJs" were walking around with one of those massive checks and they were looking for the "million-dollar phrase" which I had! We planned it so that I would be the winner and I'd have the magic phrase thing. I supposedly had listened to the station between 2 and 3 AM on saturday and I got the phrase, wrote it down, and when the "radio crew" got to me and my "sisters" in front of the ball park, we went into the big crowd gathered around and I was "chosen" to say the magic phrase and I won!!! I won a million dollars! OMG I'M A MILLIONAIRE! there was a lot of screaming and jmping up and down and stuff. It was fantastic! Too bad it wasn't for real :P And I didn't even get to keep the big check :( But it was still supremely awesome!

April Fools!

Ok, so I won't trick you, I swear! But it's been a while. I've been BUSY AS HELL!

Soooo, spring break has come and gone. It was fun while it lasted. But my friends whom I haven't seen in over 5 years came to visit this weekend! That RULED!
I just got some glasses and eventually I'll post a video in them.
Hmmm... what else... I've been talkin to this guy on YouTube. he's 43, but don't freak out! We're just talking about politics and global climate change and stuff. I know how to be safe online. We started talking because we were arguing about global warming and then we started talking about it more and found that we have a lot of similar opinions on stuff. He's pretty funny, too.
My glasses are all dirty. I'm gonna go clean them.

Soooooooo... onto the thing you've all been waiting for... my guy report. I went to school today, well yesterday, and Alex was creepy as usual.

Eirc is one of the only guys I liked that I had a lot in common with. By a lot, I mean more than a like for musicals. I've had a bad habit of liking a guy just because he likes musicals. especially Phantom. That got me Jason and Alex. One is a psycho Christian(Nothing against Christions, but Jason was seriously psychotic about it. Have you seen Greek? Jason was just like Rusty's roomate, Mr. confederate flag guy, only fatter.) and one was an autistic stalker. Why am I the one who attracts/is atracted to the crazy people? I dunno. Hopefully(if he likes me) Eric will turn out to be not so psycho. I hope he likes my glasses.

OK, I'll admit it! I <3 DORKS!!! I always have. I don't know why. I mean, only the real life dorks. When it comes to the famouses, I like the cute ones, usually with good brains, but not always. Some examples: Gerry Butler, James McAvoy, Milo Ventimiglia, and Christian Bale. But not in real life. In real life I go for the weirdos. Boy 1: Nick. Typical Jerk male. Cheated on me(at age fricking 13!!!) by asking me and 2 other girls out at the same time, WHILE he was in a relationship with another girl he met online. Lied to impress me. Boy 2: Jason. Psycho Cristian, as I described above. Boy 3: (sorta) Alex. Is freakin obsessed with me. as you know by my Alex rants. Boy 4: (maybe? :) ) Eric? I dunno, he seems really freakin awesome. But hey, so did boys 1-3. I dunno. Eric seems different. I just hope I'm right. And that he likes me back. Otherwise, this could get really embarrasing. And it may look a bit stalker-like... But just a bit, right? I don't wanna turn into an Alex!

So it's been a while. So sue me.
So, Nick and I have heen talking lately and he's given me advice on how to ask the dude out. Yep, I still ahven't asked him out. And I've had plenty opportunities to. I just chicken out.

So, I have to order my school yearbook by sometime in March. it's about 40 bucks, so I'm not so sure I wanna do it. I have the money, but I just... Oh I dunno. I know that in a year from now I'll want to look back at it and say "oh, there's her. She left." or "damn, he's cute!" Ok, it's decided. I'll get one.

So, Enchanted Evening is coming up in April! =D Yay! Maybe I'll ask the dude out then... You know, I love the idea of a boyfriend... until I get one. Then I just want to be single. I like being single for a month or two, then I want a boyfriend again. D< Ergh!

So my mom and I went to see Penelope today. You know, the movie about the girl who has a pig nose? I don't get what they think she's so horrible looking. I mean, it's just he nose, and that doesn't even look that bad. But it had James McAvoy in it *drool* So that made all the things I normally would have criticised go away! He was a fantabulous actor too! He brought this sense of reality to it, even though it was so evtremely far-fetched and disney-ish.

OH! I almost forgot the Alex rant of the week! Well, he kept following me around Friday, as usual. He's stopped hanging around my classrooms, but keeps hanging around when I'm hanging with my dorks. ANd I was finishing this play report I forgot we had due that day, and I was sitting on the bench table thing, and he put his foot up on the bench right next to where I was sitting and started to lean ofer me... CREEP! I was seriously about to scream "SEXUAL HARASSMENT!" but my dorks distracted him :) they rule!
Soooooo... During drama, we were working on our songs which we will perform next week and he decided to put himelf in a group with me and Rebecca. So Rebecca and I made it into a game where we avoided him It was fun. Woohoo!

So, I started MySpacing again and I went to Panic! at the Disco's page, just because I felt like it. I don't like them that much... Well, until I heard this song by them- Nine in the Afternoon. It's the BEST! I <3 it! It's so fun and awesome! It makes me happy and bouncy. There are some trumpets in there and violins too, so it reminds me of some Beatles stuff. Only the lead singer guy sounds NOTHING like Lennon or McCartney. The Beatles are da bomb.

SO, I was bored, and so I decided to make up this whole little dramatic thing. So, I was trying to see if anyone would match up these two stories, which I posted on separate accounts. Ummmm....... Ok....?

I'm beginning to think that Alex had a serious problem. I know he's Autistic(No, he really is). Well, mildly, but he still is. Anyway, he just doesn't seem to understand things. Like, Yesterday for example. I talked to him, finally. I said, "Alex, this is hard for me to say, but sometimes you follow me around and hang around outside of my classes and it sort of makes me uncomfortable." I said that, and he said, "So, what would you like me to do?" O.o Is he SERIOUS? OBVIOUSLY I'd like him to STOP IT! I responded, "Um, well, just stop haning around my classrooms and stuff. " I didn't want to just outright say "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" So, I'm not sure he got the picture... Because then I went to hang with my Dorks(the Guys) and he... You guessed it! Followed me. Yeah. O M F G! Ugh, he just DOESN'T GET IT!!!

So, I went to another TTM meeting last night. It went really well. We went into a discussion of Trich Tricks, as we call them. They are ways to controll pulling. It was god. My magical stop-from-pulling device is my Hufflepuff beanie. When I wear it, somehow I manage to pull significant amount less than usual. Woot for that!

So Mike and my fencing match is tomorrow! I bet he doesn't even have a stick yet XP I'm gonna beat him! Oh yeah! I've taken stage combat classes! WooHoo! I need to go fix my sword. It broke.

The Verdict

Soooooo.... I can't remember if I told you about Drama on friday. I was pretty much ranting about Alex the whole time.
Well, we watched Into the Woods, with me mouthing along to all the songs. That was fun. Then before rehersals, Mr. Slagle said we still didn't have a venue and he was going to have a meeting with a church on Sunday. So, if the church didn't work, we've already asked so many venues and he thinks that if the church doesn't take it, no one will. But, if the show is cancelled, we're going to do a showcase. Classic Literature. We'd still do scenes from LW, and also Huck Finn and Pride and Prejudice and stuff like that. So I'd still get to be Jo.

Wellllllllllll,,,, Mike went to school today and he called me at lunch to tell me the news... The show's been cancelled. I hate Steve Mull. It's his fault we don't have a venue. And I'm not even just saying that. It is his fault.


So, to take my mind off of it, I'll just do a mini Alex rant. Whenever he e-mails me, he signs all of his e-mails "Love, Alex". Seriously, dude. That's just plain weird. I haven't even known him that long. What's with all of this "Love Alex" stuff? It's creepy, I tell ya.


Ok, mini rant over. I'm beginning to think I don't want to talk to him. He provides me with tons of material for the blog.

So, I'm writing a story. I'd like to call it a novel, but that would make it seem like I was some kind of professional or something.

Mike and I have been e-mailing back and forth, and I challenged him to a fencing match! Ok, it's more like a stick fight, because neither of us have foils, but it's the same basic principal. Ok, so It'll just be both of us trying to hit each other with sticks. But I shall win! HA HA HA!

Ok, so my friend Mike and I were talking to each other by e-mail, and I started ranting about Miley Cyrus and the media these days, adn I sorta digressed a bit. Here's my rant:

Ok, so I was watching the Barbra Walters after-oscars special thingy, and Miley Cyrus was the first one on. She was talking on and on about how she had a WHOLE WING of her house ALL TO HERSELF! Do you know how f-ing rediculous that it? If they sold that house and got a house that was maybe a bit smaller, but still big enough for the "princess" then they could feed HUNDREDS of people with the leftover money! There are people in India who are SLAVES and for $50 you can free one of them. Do you know how many people that celebrities could FREE with that money? They could give people BACK THEIR LIVES! And instead, they decide that, oh no, they'd rather sit i=on their gold-plated toilets and watch their 50" plasma screen TV! No, FORGET 50", that would be insulting. It's more like 100"! Not to mention they watch it in High Definition, because normal TV isn't good enough. Oh, no! The football game actually looks like it's on a TV! I have to go out and buy a TV so it'll seem like I'm actually at the game, even though it would be cheaper to just go to the game itself! Oh, back to Miley. She is 15 years old, and she gets her own WING!!!??!!!??!?!?!??!?!?! Are you KIDDING ME? It has its own flipping entrance too! I won't be surprised if she ends up pregnant next! Hollywood is getting REDICULOUS! I mean, do these people really NEED gigantic mansions and 10 cars and billions of dollars? NO THEY DON'T! If middle class families can get by with less than 100 grand a year, then so can they! If I ever get famous, I'll by my parents a house, by myself a nice little apartment in New York, make sure I have enough money for the nessecities, and donate the rest to charities, maybe FREE SOME SLAVES, while I'm at it! There is so much wastefulness, so much buying and selling, buying and selling, people forget what really matters! Friends, family, love, LIVING, dreams, OUR PLANET! They're killing the planet, already! All of these High-tech devices and gold-plated toilets are draining the planet of its resources. There'll be nothing left after a while! If the Native Americans could survive without TV and computers, why not us? We've become so hooked on this stuff! Even I'm guilty of it! I've become addicted to the computer! But at least I take some time to smell the roses! I dance around, I EAT! I'm not stick-thin, but I'm happy! I'd rather be me than someone else any day! What is even the point of being skinny, anyway? What does it gain you in life? Unfortunately, these days, it can gain you a lot, if you want to be a model or a, well, model is all I can think of right now. For REAL things, you need a BRAIN. You need skills and the ability to solve problems. Life isn't perfect! You need to be able to take what life throws at you, or you'll be crushed by it! Why do you think that there are so many teen suicides these days? There is so much emhisis in the media about looking perfect, being the perfect friend, boyfriend/girlfriend. There is NO SUCH THING AS PERFECT!

Ok, I bet this is going to be long... no longer than usual... but yeah. And it's going to have some curse words. If you don't like it, go do something else.

Ok, my mom was being really fucking annoying. So, We were gone for a week and she wanted me to get all of my homework done by 2:00 tomorrow or I won't be able to go to the Improv Everywhere Scene Diego mission. So, I managed to talk her down to me doing 2 assignments, but she says I have to clean my room. And it's never fucking clean enough for my parents. It's not like we're having prople over or anything, they just want it fucking spotless, don't they. I have this pile of books and crap next to my bed, and they are ALWAYS telling me to clean it up, even though by the next day it will be a pile again, and it isn't even that fucking big, anyway! They annoy the shit out of me sometimes. Ok, so, moving on...

Alex, if you read this, LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!!! I swear to God, he's fucking stalking me! And I'm just flat out avoiding him in every way possible, I even asked my dork friends to be spies for me, so that I wouldn't run into him, and they were being pretty funny about that. They started walking around in cirlces around the front gate because I was hiding in the math room, which is right by it... Anywhoooo, I went into the english room to hide a bit earlier, and he was walking back and forth by the ramp leading to the English room. I mean, you'd think the guy would get that I was avoiding him all day, but nooooooo... He sat next to me and kept chatting me up ALL through drama AND rehersals. When I was offstage, I was sitting down and watching, and he kept trying to get my attention and he was LEANING on my chair! It was CREEPY! Oh, and during drama, we were watching Into the Woods, and every time something even romotely funny happened, he'd have a freakin FIT! And then, he'd look at me to see if I was laughing. EVERY FREAKING TIME! Ok, so the story of Alex is pretty complicated, and my stories about him will most likely be confuzzling if you don't know it. So, I've decide that I shall tell you the complete Story of Alex. This is fun! I'll do more Story of's in the future, probably. Woot!

Ok, The Story of Alex...
SOOOOO, It all started last year... He was in drama and we all though he was a complete dork(me and my friends who were also in drama). I didn't really seem to notice him until... He was at Enchanted Evening last April, which was Masquerade themed, and he was wearing a Phantom mask. So, right away, love, right? So, we danced and it was fun, but I eventually got together with this other guy, Jason in May(I'll tell his story next... or maybe Nick's story...w/e) but that's a whole other story. So, I broke up with Jason and school started. I started talking to Alex, and we became friends.
Then, around... December I think, it came time for Winter Formal. My friend Erika somehow got his e-mail adderess, probly found it off of my computer or something... and she e-mailed him telling him that he should ask me to the formal. Remember, I still liked him at this time. So, I found out and got pissed at her, but not before she told me what Alex told her, that he doesn't want to go out with anyone until he had his driver's lisence, adn he was 17 and didn't even have his permit yet. So, I thought, "Yeah, I'm soooo not going to wait that long." Some girls might, but for me it was just a total dealbreaker. Well, at the formal, I started talking to Eric, Kyle, Xerxes, and Stefan, and I found that they were all really fun and great to talk too. They had similar opinions about politics and just random stuff, though they didn't care for Musicals, I don't really care. They're really awesome! XD(they will be known as the Guys from now on.)
So, I though a while over break, and I started to loose interest. He obviously didn't.
When I came back from winter break, we were still friends, but I didn't like him anymore. So, he tried out for Little Women, because I had said that he should, hoping he would be Fredrich and I would be Jo(I told him to back when I still liked him), which we were cast as. whoopy. So, we were still friends for a while, and I guess you could say that we still kinda are, but a few weeks ago, he started following me around. He started hanging out with the Guys a bit after I did, even though he said at the dance that he didn't like them and tried to avoid them whenever he could. Well, that must mean that he only hangs out with them to be around me! Touching, isn't it. Yeah, problem is I DON'T LIKE HIM!
ANYWAY... He started following me around, hanging around outside of my classrooms, being generally unavoidable(or so it would seem ;D) which just makes me try to avoid him. So today, I was pretty much forced into hiding in the jr. high math and english rooms to try and hide from him. When he started pacing back and forth outside the english class, we could see him out of the window. Miss M, our english teacher looked like she was about to start laughing. I actually managed to not run into him at all from lunch to Drama(about 3 periods). I have to admit, it was kinda fun trying to avoid him. It made me feel like a secret agent or something! XP
BUT, that does NOT mean I want him to conitnue this behavior! I want to be stalked by the Phantom or NOT AT ALL! XD
*sigh* At least Alexdoesn't call me or e-mail me non-stop. In fact, he rarely does either. What can I say, the guy is just plain weird. And not the good kind either.
So, he does this weird thing where he acts out enire scenes from movies or Homestarrunner or something, but he does all of the sound effects AND the motions. even in enclosed spaces. He once did this thing where he reenacted this scene from Happry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets where Harry hits Draco with Rictumsempra. Alex pretended to be Harry, yelling the spell, and then draco, being hit by the spell. H ejumped up and backwards, sort of spinning as he did so, do demonstrate Draco flying backwards and spinning around. He enacts scenes like this at least once or twice a day. It's one thing if he was practicing lines or something, but it just gets annoying. I sometimes feel embarrassed for him.
Anyway, he did this TWICE during rehersals today. He was obviously trying to get my attention, but I tried to ignore him without seemng too much like a bitch.
So, today all of my friends were teasing me about it. Rebecca kept going on about how he wants to marry me and how, "He had no one to love, until YOU came along!" She was just teasing, though, and it was pretty funny! :P
So, Alex is being creepy, ranting like this got me in a good enough mood to do some homework, and I'm satisfied! Don't you love blogging? XD

Girl From Mars

So, I had the awesome guitar solo from Girl From Mars by Ash(If you haven't heard it, you NEED to!) stuck in my head for the past hour, but I couldn't remember what it was from. I kept humming it, trying to remember, but then I remembered it and I listened to it. Woot!

Well, I'm back home! I don't know what's up, but I'm really tired. And dizzy. I'll probly go to sleep soon. I hope I'm not sick, but I'm sort of feeling like I am. I can't be sick, though, because I have rehersals tomorrow. I'm going to go relax.

Arizona

Okay, I'm in AZ right now! I'm at my grandparents house and these 2 guys are trying to sell us something. I'm not exactly sure what, but they've been here a while. I'm pretty tired. We got up at about 6 this morning. I was pretty perky, surprisingly, and I got ready pretty fast. My g-parents have one of those tassimo coffe maker things. It makes Hot Chocolate. It was TASTY! Now isn't that a nice product placement? I wish I were getting paid for it...
ANYWAY, so we drove to the hospital, where we got to see my uncle for a few minutes. He had an IV in his arm, and Aaron said "He's drinking water through his arm." It was funny. So, we went into the waiting room and started to wait... and wait... and wait. For about... hmmm... I think about 7 hours. I managed to take a few naps.
Oh, just in case I forgot to tell you, I can't remember if I filled you in or not... :P Well, my uncle, David had double bypass heart surgery today.
So, after about 4 or 5 hours I think, the surgeon came out and said that everything was going well. About an hour later, he came back and said that they had... Well, I'm not exactly sure what he said, but it would be another hour before they transported him to the ICU. So, Once he was there, the adults got to go see him. He was still asleep, but my mom said that he had tubes and stuff sticking out of him still, so Aaron, Ian(my other cousin) and I didn't go see him. We're gonna go see him tomorrow. It was pretty boring waiting, but the cafeteria food was pretty good, and the gift shop provided about 15 minutes of distraction. Then Aaron and my mom started a puzzle and I joined in. So, I'm glad i came, overall.

Anyway, on Tuesday, LG15 raffled away this bench that Gina(Played by Crystal Young) made that was singed by the cast. I didn't win :( But the chat room, which they announced the winner in, was CRAZY! It was so much fun! I actually tuned in from the airport. :P I got online just in time, too! It was tons of fun. Amanda kept teasing us, asking for drum rolls and other silly things. She was stalling and we were all freakaing out and having heart attacks. :) :P XD It was all very much fun. I'm not sure I've ever seen the chat room so busy before! XP

So, If ound this awesome new program called Fruity Loops 7. It lets you mix techno songs very awesomely. WOOT! I've gotten realtiveyly good, but I still have to figure some things out. ;P

Out of sanity

Hia! I've been having a lot of debates with people on YouTube, like this one guy who seems to think that every Jew is evil and hates everything but other Jews. I'm not Jewish, but I have a lot of really good friends who are, and I'd just like to say that this is complete bull. He said that I was using "vulgar language" for calling him a prick. And that is the only "bad word" I used in my little speach for him. I actually used good arguments and didn't curse him out. I used intelligent language, and He said I was Vulgar, uneducated, and unenlightened. Well, I responded, without a single "bad word" I might add, and he hasn't responded yet. He was a moron, plain and simple.

Enough about that! Let's move on to happier subjects. My birthday is in exactly 3 months minus one day. It's on the 17th of May, but I forgot to post yesterday :/ Silly me!

Hmmm... What else is there to say, really? Well, we are replacing our water heater so we don't have hot water at the moment. This make Katie ANGRY! :E

I'm flying to Arizona tomorrow for my uncle's heart surgury. It's going to be a lot of waiting around and anxiousness, but I'm pretty confident everything will turn out good! He has 2 sons, one who's nearly 14 right now. They live in Mexico, but they went to Arizona because most of my Mom's family(he's my Mom's brother) lives there. Anyway, the nearly 14-year-old, Aaron, is really fun and one of my really good friends when they come to visit. He's not like a normal stupid guy. He's smart and funny and plays the drums. And he's not an idiot, like most guys.

Sooooooo, about the Alex situation... My dad says that I should just ask (still not saying his name) out, because that will let Alex get the message that I don't like him like that. Why does life have to be such a roller coaster? *sigh* Oh well.

I'm glad I write this blog. Years from now, I'll be able to go back and look at it and It'll never get lost, like most of my journals tend to do...

Ok, it's sad, but Christian couldn't be with us for the podcast-last minute thing, so Lexi got another guy to step in. He sounded very gangster. I'm not kidding. It was rther odd in some parts... like when he kept going on and on and on with his stories of what will happen in videos. It got kinda annoying... nd, he's been moderated by Broken_Kid, who I love, and he kept insulting poor BK. It's BK's job! I can understand why he was moderated. He showed NO respect for the moderators.

A fine, fine line

This is named after a really good song from Avenue Q. The sont is probably the most serious in the musical, seeing as how 2 of my other favorite songs in it are called If You were Gay and The Internet is for Porn. Yeah, wellllllll...

So I'm stalling. Well, there's this guy at my school, who I forget if I told you about before, that I like. I think his friends might read this, so I'll keep his name a secret for now. Well, I want to ask hm out. Problems.... I'm pretty dang sure that Alex REALLLLLLY likes me. He gave me chocolate on V-day(so he obviously doessn't read my blog). Well, the day after V-day, since I don't have school thursdays. Anyway, so Alex really likes me. We covered that. So, I don't want to hurt his feelings by asking the other guy out because Alex is a really good friend, but I'm really not interested in him like that. I used to be, but I guess I just lost interest and stuff. So, I want to ask the other guy out, but Alex tends to overreact to a lot of things and I really don't want to invoke his wrath :P
So, I'm planning to ask the other guy out soon, because I'm pretty sure he likes me too. I have a good sense for these things. But, how to let Alex down softly? UGH! Boys are so unobservant! Seriously, I've been really trying to avoid Alex when he starts following me around, trying to give him the cold shoulder without being too mean, being, what I think is REALLY obvious about my feelings, but Alex just doesn't get it! He continues to follow me around and wait outside my classes! And I'm sooooo not one to intentionally play hard-to-get. I think that that's just kind of stupid. I only really hide my feelings if speaking them aloud would defnately cause a giant blow-out. And even then I sometimes say them.

Ok, I have about 10 songs I've written for Alex which say to "Step Off" or that "He's not the one". I'll go post them on my blog soon. I just gotta go get them...

Hi!
Ok, so I'm about to write something concerning one of my friends that might hurt their feelings if they read this, but I'm not sure if they read this, so I'll take my chances.
So, I've mentioned Alex before. He's one of my best guy friends, you know? But, sometimes I just wanna hang with other friends or just by myself and he, well, tends to follow me around. An ex boyfriend of mine used to do the same thing, only I ignored him. I tal to Alex so as not to seem mean or anything. Is this just a guy thing? He's told me he likes me. So, do guys just follow you around all the time if they like you? If so, WHY? It just gets so annoying sometimes!
I'm not saying I hate him or anything, that would be silly. I'm just saying that I find it VERY annoying and irritating when a guy follows me around. I guess some girls might like it, but I'm not your average, everyday girl! I tend to make friends more with guys than girls. Girls can be such drama queens sometimes! I mean, I can too, but usually I'm just acting or goofing around.

Ok, examples of such following-me-around behavior:
1. He stands around the exits to my classes and around where I hang out.
2. When he sees me hanging with my other guy friends, Eric, Kyle, Xerxes(I can't spell his name :P) and Stefan, he comes over and starts talking with us. I know for a fact he's just over there to talk to me [because, at this one dance, he said that he doesn't really like them. At said dance, I started talking to them, and found that they are pretty cool guys, so I started hanging with them at lunch.]

Is he jealous of them or something? That would be kind of silly-they're all a year younger than me (Not that I would really care, if I was interested in one of them, I just usually go for older guys {Not like that, you perv! 3 years older is my absolute limit! Well... Erik(Phantom) is my dream guy... BUT THAT DOESN'T COUNT!})

I think that I want to date someone. Maybe it's just Valentines day, maybe it's just me. I don't really want to get into a serious relationship, because bothe of my past ones, the guys said "I Love You" very quickly and, while I said it back, I'm not sure I really meant it, and I got, well, tired and bored of them... Let me tell you the story of each... OH, wait! I wrote a song for them! I'll type up the lyrics! It makes it quite a bit shorter, so this doesn't take 3 hours to read. It probly will anyway, like my other posts, but... OH WELL!

I have a new favorite song(well, songs, actually): 30/90 and Therapy from Tick, Tick... BOOM! They both rock! You should go listen to them! NOW! They're by Jonathan Larson, the guy who worte Rent, and the sound is very similar, so if you like rent, you'll like this, I can pretty much guaruntee it.

So, I'm going to reveal to all of you readers a secret... I have Trichotillomania. It's a condition where I pull out my hair, leaving embarrasing bald spots which I tend to cover with hats.

So, many people who know about it ask, Why don't I just stop?

It's seiously not that simple. It's an addiction. It's like being a drug addict or Alcoholic. I. Can't. Help. It. It's so annoying when people ask me why I do it and why I can't stop. Why does anyone do anything? I just do it. I can't help it! So, I meet with this group of people who have TTM...

I really want to go to a rave. Techno music blaring and flashing, seisure-inducing lights, everyone dancing and jumping around! That would be so much fun! I doubt that there are ANY raves near where I live, thoiugh. I'd have to go downtown for that.



Back to TTM...

Well, tonight I went to the meetup group and we made vision boards. We looked throught magazines and picked out anything that we wanted and put it on the board. It was fun! We also went around like we always do, said where we pulled from and how long we've been pulling. I pull from my head, mostly, but a lot of the women there pull from their lashes or eyebrows.

I would have posted this last night, but my dad took away my laptop. He just gave it back.

ONWARD!
So, vision boards help you visualize stuff. This one woman had made them before and one of hers had a picture of a bride and groom dancing and 3 pink dasies. SHe said that after that, she got 2 boyfriends(not at the same time, one after another) and one of them gave her 3 pink dasies! SPOOKY! I put James MacAvoy on mine. Maybe I'll get to meet him! I also put Milo Ventimiglia. They're both... sooooo.... HOT! *drools* I couldn't find one of Christian Bale, though, so I'll just have to print one out. Ooooooh, I just found a really good one on google! *sigh* He's the best!
I also put 3 really cute hats on it and 3 really cute pairs of shoes.

Calmed Down

Ok, so've calmed down a bit since yesterday.
I've realaized that if Little Women doesn't happen that I can always kill myself.
;) Haha JK!
What I've realized is that it's just a play. I'll have plenty of other roles, and We're going to do SOMETHING this year, even if it's not Little Women. Mr. Slagle said that we'll do SOME play if we can't do Little Women.
BUT, today I watched The Jane Austen Book Club, which was good. Point?:In the previews part of the special features, there was an old trailer for... Little Women! My favorite version:1994. And it was definately the original one. There were just plain titales and it looked very 90's.
I think it was a sign that Little Women is going to happen!(yes, I am a freak who believes in signs. so sue me.) It made me feel loads better. So did chocolate. :) yum!
I tried to do some memorizing today, but I just couldn't. I started crying when I did. Not Good.
So, that's pretty much everything of importance that happened today. ttyl! :)

Why?

I got home today and watched Sydney White (the one w/ Amanda Bynes based on Snow White), and ate about 10 tons of chocolate. Why? I'll tell you.
Well, today started out pretty good. Great, in fact. I spent all day looking forward to Drama and rehersals. Drama was fun. We played a couple of improv games and that was awesome. Mr. Slagle was about 15 minutes late, though. I went to peek in the office window, and saw him talking to Mrs. Bass, our secratary. I though nothing of it at the time. Well, last week we had a little scare. We thought the show might not go on, but it was all resolved, thanks to Mrs. Bass.
Well, today, before rehersals, Mr. Slagle told the cast to come into the media center, where we've done rehersals for the past 3 weeks. We were going to be down at the middle school, but... I'm getting to that.
Anyway, Mr. Slagle said he needed to talk with us. Right away, I thought "bad..." and it just got worse. Mr Slage said that Little Women might be cancelled. He said there was some issue with funding and storage and sets and some prick, Mr. Mull, the principal of the school we want to do the play at, has done some idiotic things. Here, I'll list them. Well, HE came to Mr. Slagle and told him that he would love it if LW was performed at LMS(the school)'s auditorium. Well, Mr. Slagle loved the idea, and Mr. Mull gave him some dates that we could perform on, and he said that we could definately practice there every friday. WELL, the asshole has booked OTHER events on the days HE ALREADY FREAKING PROMISED TO US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I swear, I want to strangle him! oh, and it just gets better. Mr. Mull doesn't want his lighting and sound equipment being handled by anyone other than these 2 people he knows, and on the days he suggested for the performances, he has them DOING SOME STUPID PARADE! So, that means NO LIGHTING OR SOUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to send him a very angry e-mail. I even found his e-mail address, but I don't know what to write. I've tried a few different messages. Most are realtively polite, because he wouldn't listen to some raving lunatic, but I just can't write it right. ANy ideas?
So, while Mr. Slagle was saying all of this to us, I was tearing up, but not outright crying. Then, he said, "All right, take a 5 minute break to get water or cry or whathever" I started bawling. I couldn't stop it for a few minutes. It's my FIRST leading role, and It might not even go on.
I mean, I'm not even all that upset at ALL THE FREAKING WORK I PUT INTO THIS! I memorized MOST of the freaking play, already! But it's not that. I've psyched myslef out for this, I'v ebeen so excited. I screamed and jumped and danced around my house when I found out I was Jo. I have been so into this whole thing, researching 19th century ettiquite, watching any version of LW i could get my hands on, practicing lines and trying to get the PERFECT inflection on each line, all 224 of them(I counted the lines, remember?). Almost every blog post on here has SOMETHING to do with LW. Hell, I eaven wrote a POEM about it! I then wrote ANOTHER from Jo's POV(I wasn't able to record that one). I learned how to fake-sob for the Beth dying scene. I am just so into this whole thing and I can't wait for it to take off, and then I find out that It might just all go away, and It was all for nothing? You see why I'm so upset? I've put so much love and energy into this, and I don't want to see it all slip away.
So, during my little bawling scene, Mike and Alex were being total sweethearts. Mike put his arm around me, and Alex let me hug him and totally cry on him. I felt like a total idiot, but them comforting me really helped.
I just don't want this all to be for nothing.

SOOOOO, I can't wait till school tomorrow! I haven't done any memorizing today, but I plan to make it up on saturday and finish memorizing the whole thing. Then I can work on refining it! Maybe I'll read through and record the whole thing!

Alright, sorry for the incredibly short blog post, but I've got to finish book IV of the Oddessey, AKA the longest f***ing chapter known to man! It's pretty interesting, though. Helen is seriously vain!

School Daze

Hilo! Ok, so I bet you're dying to know how my day at school was... So I'll appease you. ;)
Lunch: Lunch was pretty good. I practiced lines with Rebecca and Alex (Meg and Fredrich, in case you forgot), and We talked with Katerina and Katherine(Katherine is Rebecca's sister, Katerina is another drama friend. They're doing hair and make-up.) about guys we liked. Well, faous guys. We all love Christian Bale, but who couldn't He was Batman and Laurie, AND he can sing! *faint*

So, where was I? Right, school. Well, that was pretty much it. We discussed book IV of the Oddessey in english, which we are currently reading. Math was really the only class I was completely BORED in. I LOVE math, well algebra at least. I love finding x. I rock at that. But I love doing acual equations, but it's the classes I can't stand. We've gone through about, lets see... *counts* 7 teachers this year, and our newest one is dull as powder most of the time. Anyway, we're also doing proofs this year. I HATE PROOFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They're easy enough, which makes them all the more annoying. I at least want some kind of challenge, like something that will spark my brain, but proofs are just... Proving things. And, let me tell you. I am 100% sure I am NEVER FREAKING AGAIN GOING TO USE PROOFS AGAIN! WHYTF WOULD I EVER HAVE TO USE PROOFS AS AN ACTRESS?!?!!?!?!?!?!!? GOD, IT PISSED ME OFF SO FREAKING MUCH I'D LIKE TO KILL WHOEVER WROTE OUR TEXTBOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After school:
I practiced some lines, watched half of American Idol, and watched Little Women(the one with Christian Bale *drool*) I found the soundtrack to it on Rhapsody, so I was practicing lines along to the music. It was awesome! Iwas nearly sobbing when I got to the part with Beth dying. *sobs again* It's even worse than the Jo/Laurie scene! At least Laurie doesn't die!
Oh, but I just love the play so much! It's completely awesome!
We're going to start on a new section in drama: Musical theatre!!!!!!!! I pretty much screamed when Mr. Slagle told us. And we're going to study Into the Woods. I nearly screamed again. Could life get much better? I doubt it. We'll just have to see, won't we? I so can't wait till friday. We'll probly watch Into the Woods if it's too cold outside again. Which it probly will be. We seriously need an indoor stage. Ha, yeah, like that's ever going to happen. There's a big middle school down the hill from our school, so we're going to use their stage for rehersals Friday. And the performance. we're going to start doing rehersals Tuesdays as well as Fridays next week, most likely, so I'll have more to tell you.
I hope we record another podcast on Sunday. That'd be great!
Anyways, I've nearly memorized act III, and I can't wait to move on to IV. I think I have the least amount of lines in IV. And probab;y the most in II, but that's because there are 2 scenes. I think I'll go count them...

That's...*gets out calculator because is too lazy to do it in head* 244 lines total! That doesn't seem so bad i guess... But whwen I think about it, I think the most lines I've ever had in a show were like at the most 20. Can't really remember entirely. Anyway, most of Jo's lines are pretty quick, like only a sentence or two. Some are only one or two words!
Oh, did I tell you that Jo gets to eat TWO apples on stage? YES!!! I love apples. *Sigh* but I think you've gotten that picture by now.

Katie and the Apple

Ok, so I think I know what Eve saw in that apple... Ha, jk. Sorta...
So, It's about 2:30 AM right now and I totally just devoured this apple. But I did it really slowly, completely paying attention to each tasty bite. It was... AMAZING! I've never had such a tasty apple in my entire life! I swear, apples should be considered deserts. I can't explain to you how amazingly amazing this apple tasted. I think I'm totally addicted to apples now. God, I'm so in love with this apple. I'm almost sad because it's gone and I'm thinking there could never be such a great apple ever again. And the thing is, It didn't really look all that amazing. It ws just a regular fiji apple, but it had the sort of brownish spot on it. Not very big and noticeable, but it was there. Still, one side of it was such an amazing red color. It was sort of like... deep but not dark, with a hint of peachy and orangy colors. I should have taken a picture of this apple. It was seriously like a religious experience, this apple. I wish i could eat it again. I'm too lazy to get up and get another apple, but let me tell you, that was one SPECTACULAR apple. No words are good enough to rightly describe this apple. It was sweet enought to be a candy, but it was more like a natural sweet, like I was eating sugar... that was good for me... and tasted like an apple. It was kinda sour, but it was the perfect amount of sour. Not too sour, but just enough to add some interest to it. I can't believe this apple! I think I'm going to take the apple core and make a little shrine for it in my closet or something. Ok, that might be going a bit to far, but I tell ya, this apple deserved it! Just think, it was probably growing for many months on some tree in an orchard somewhere, and then it was picked, shipped off somewhere to be cleaned, waxed, and stickered, then it was put in a pack with some other apples, all of whom were completely jealous of this apple, then it was put in a box and shipped to costco or vons or whereve my mom got it, and then my mom, not knowing this would eventually prompt this amazing blog post, selected and bought the apple, and brought it home where, a few days later, I happened to be hungry and longing for a midnight(2:30 am) snack, and I go into my kitchen, select this apple, and start my amazing experience! I'm seriously about to cry right now, this apple was so good. I think that somehow, somewhere, sometime, I MUST have done something right to deserve this perfection in an apple! And what an apple it was!

Ok, that was a totally random and irrelevant title, but, Hey! That's me!
I guess I used it because I ware some Harry Potter stuff today. I wore a shirt with the initials of all those who died in the fight against Voldemort. And my Hufflepuff Beanie. Yay Hufflepuff!
Ok, I'm about to go on a tangent...
Everyone always thinks that all of the losers and outcasts end up in Hufflepuff, and that's simply not true. Did you think Cedric was an outcast and loser? I DON'T THINK SO! If I had to chose one person to marry from HP, I would pick, well, first Neville, and then Cedric. Hufflepuffs are just, open-minded, loyal, hard-working(ok, so maybe I'm not so hard-working when It comes to homework, but have you seen my monologue-memorizing skillage?), and true. Yes, so the sorting hat has said that Hufflepuff thakes the rest, but that doesn't mean trey're just social outcasts that couldn't fit anywhere else! It just means that Hufflepuff is inclusive and welcoming to anyone, even the people who maybe aren't crazily brave, evilly sly, or especially smart! JEEZ! I love Tonks. She was in Hufflepuff! *cries for Tonks* D`:

So I was absent Wednesday so I went to make up some quizzes that I missed today. At school, I mean. Ha, just in caes you thought I meant Hogwarts or something. :P That was pretty cool. I also went over Act 3. I didn't start memorizing yet, but I did a little read-through. That helps me get a feel for the lines before I actually start memorizing. I love it all! I've memorized the scene where Laurie proposes. I get so sad every time I practice it. And then I rant at Jo. I mean WHY DIDN'T YOU PICK LAURIE! I MEAN FREDRICK IS FRICKIN TWICE YOUR AGE! JEEZ!!!!!!!!! Poor Laurie... :(
Oh well. I've always approved of the Fredrich/Jo pairing, but I guess I've also always thought that Laurie and Jo were very well suited. Especially in the 1994 movie version. Winona Ryder and Christian Bale had SO much chemistry together. They were PERFECT! And Win and Gabriel Byrne just, well, not so much. And I love Gabriel, but he and Win just didn't have the right chemistry. sigh!

Oh, yeah, I went there! Ok, so I have the newest super-skinny iPod. My old one broke and it was the cheapest iPod. I didn't want to bother converting ALL of my songs into Mp3's. So sue me!)
] I love the music they put on their commercials. All of it is just so un-mainstream, you can almost forget that it's a giant super-company that has totaly revolutionized the mainstream(see the rant-everything is SMALLER NOW!), Perhaps not for the better.
